Barenaked Ladies Online Concert

As the Barenaked Ladies prepare to release their new album, Maroon, the tongue-in-cheek pop-rock band are whetting their fans’ appetites with a streaming concert video located at entertaindom.com. It’s a great show, featuring the accomplished, broad-ranging and powerful vocals of an unlikely frontman who looks like he just got back from a sci-fi convention. The concert features such new songs as “Pinch Me,” “Never Do Anything” and “Too Little Too Late” – and even a unique rendition of “The Itsy Bitsy Spider.” The web cast also includes a phony foot cream commercial, featuring comic actor and fellow Canadian Harland Williams (Rocket Man, Something About Mary). The Reprise LP Maroon is scheduled for release September 12.
